Alma Iris Baires is a lawyer with a distinguished career as a Judge in the Supreme Court of Justice and extensive experience in various areas of law. Outstanding in the private sector, for applying legal knowledge and experience to provide strategic and high-quality advice to outstanding companies. In addition, she has experience as a university professor and legal advisor at the Chamber of Commerce and Industries of Siguatepeque. Her goal is to provide professional and efficient service for each of her clients.
She is committed to offering effective legal solutions for each case and helping protect their rights and interests.
About Us
Our History
In 2020, I decided to open my office in Siguatepeque, after working for almost 8 years in the Judiciary, with a career that led me to be a judge, and then work in the private sector, specifically in exporting food products.
With the support and help of my family and close friends, I opened my office to serve the different clients who required my professional services.
The name I chose was Baires Alliance Law Firm (BAL FIRM) in honor to my family and my grandfather's last name. My grandfather taught that honesty, loyalty and transparency are some of the values a person most have. The word “Alliance” represents my commitment to my clients and colleagues, as well as the idea of making alliances within my clients circle and with lawyers who share my values to provide a nationwide service for Honduran and foreign customers.
Thanks to my family, friends, and clients' support, the project was a success. A year later, I was able to open my second office in Roatan, Honduras. At BAL Firm, reputation is based on ethical and moral principles.
My motive and purpose is to help clients take efficient and precise decisions. As a great result, we have achieved commercial alliances and other law firms that share the same principles and values.
